通电热碾压对TC17合金堆焊修复区高周疲劳性能的影响

摘要

目的 对TC17合金整体叶盘修复关键技术问题进行研究。方法 采用不同参数的通电热碾压工艺对TC17合金堆焊修复区进行处理,并通过X射线三维成像检测、组织分析和高周疲劳测试,对使用通电热碾压工艺来消除组织缺陷以提升高周疲劳性能的方法进行了深入分析。结果 X射线三维成像检测结果表明,当采用6 000 A和7 000 A的通电热碾压电流参数时,在可分辨范围内实现了气孔等缺陷消除率100%。SEM检测结果表明,在微观气孔底部可见“三叉缝”形貌,其产生过程与挤压、扩散及再结晶相关。旋转弯曲疲劳测试结果表明,通电热碾压后,TC17合金堆焊修复区旋转弯曲疲劳寿命大幅提高,其中值疲劳极限达586 MPa,分别达到了原堆焊修复区和TC17合金母材的中值疲劳极限的178.8%和104.8%。结论 通过通电热碾压工艺对TC17合金堆焊修复区进行处理可以消除工件内部气孔并极大提升堆焊区和TC17合金母材的疲劳性能,该研究为航空发动机整体叶盘修复提供了工艺支撑以及理论基础。

Abstract

The work aims to study the key technical issues of TC17 alloy blisk repair. The resistance hot rolling with different parameters was used to impact the TC17 titanium alloy repaired zone and the effectiveness of the resistance hot rolling process to eliminate defects and improve high cycle fatigue performance was verified with X-ray three-dimensional imaging test, microstructure analysis and high cycle fatigue test. The results of X-ray three-dimensional imaging test showed that the elimination rate of defects such as pores in the distinguishable range was 100% under 6 000 A and 7 000 A current parameters. The results of SEM showed that there was a “trigeminal stick” at the bottom of the pores, which was related to extrusion, diffusion and recrystallization. The results of rotary bending fatigue test showed that after resistance hot rolling, the rotary bending fatigue life of the TC17 alloy repaired zone was significantly improved, with a median fatigue limit of 586 MPa, reaching 178.8% of the median fatigue limit of the original weld repaired zone and 104.8% of that of the TC17 alloy base material. Treating the TC17 alloy surfacing repair area through the resistance hot rolling process can eliminate the pores inside the workpiece and greatly improve the fatigue properties of the surfacing area and TC17 alloy base material. This study provides process support and theoretical basis for the overall blisk repair of aeroengines.
