      目的 为了实现TA15钛合金的高质量焊接,揭示焊接角度对热影响区与焊缝区组织演变及性能变化的调控机理。方法 采用激光束焊接技术对TA15钛合金进行焊接,研究下坡焊倾斜角度对TA15钛合金激光焊接接头显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果 在不同的激光焊接角度下,均得到了成形良好的TA15钛合金接头。随着焊接倾斜角度的增加,接头焊缝区晶粒取向强度逐渐增加,热影响区晶粒取向强度逐渐减小,热影响区中完全再结晶晶粒和变形晶粒占比分别从24.6%增加到31.1%和从19.2%增加到21.9%,热影响区中的亚结构晶粒占比从56.2%下降到47%。结论 当焊接倾斜角度为30°时,获得TA15钛合金接头热影响区最大显微硬度(371.2HV),当焊接倾斜角度为60°时,获得TA15钛合金接头焊缝区最大显微硬度(378HV);当焊接倾斜角度为30°时,获得接头最大抗拉强度(1 092.1 MPa),接头延伸率与断面收缩率随着焊接倾斜角度的增加而减小;不同焊接角度的拉伸试样均断裂在热影响区和焊缝区,随着焊接倾斜角度的增加,试样的断裂模式由穿晶断裂逐渐转变为半穿晶半沿晶断裂,最终转变为沿晶韧窝断裂。

      The work aims to achieve high-quality welding of TA15 titanium alloy and elucidate the regulatory mechanism of welding angle on microstructural evolution and property variations in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and the weld zone. The joint of TA15 titanium alloy was prepared using laser beam welding technology, and the effects of the downslope welding inclination angle on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were investigated. The results showed that well-formed TA15 titanium alloy joints were achieved under various laser welding inclination angles. With the increase of the welding inclination angle, the grain orientation strength in the weld zone of the joints gradually increased, while it decreased in the HAZ. The percentage of fully recrystallized grains and deformed grains in the HAZ increased from 24.6% to 31.1% and from 19.2% to 21.9%, respectively, and the proportion of substructure grains in the HAZ decreased from 56.2% to 47%. At a welding inclination angle of 30°, the maximum hardness in the HAZ of the joint reaches 371.2HV. At a welding inclination angle of 60°, the maximum hardness in the weld zone is 378HV. At a welding inclination angle of 30°, the joint reaches the highest tensile strength of 1 92.1 MPa. The elongation and section shrinkage of the joints decrease as the welding inclination angle increases. The tensile test joint of different welding positions all fractures within the HAZ and the weld zone. As the welding inclination angle increases, the fracture mode of the specimens gradually transitions from transgranular fracture to a mixed mode of transgranular and intergranular fracture, ultimately evolving into intergranular ductile dimple fracture.
