      通过建立耦合了 42 CrMo 微观演化模型的热锻有限元模型,预报了一种转向直臂的热锻晶粒度。结果表明该热锻工艺能够得到晶粒度合格的产品。 使用该工艺进行实际生产,对锻件进行了金相分析,结果与预报晶粒度吻合。
英文摘要:
      The grain size of a steering arm forging was predicted by FEM model coupling of 42CrMo microstructure evolution model . The results showed that the grain size by the hot forging process could meet the qualification of the product. By this forging process,metallographic analysis was carried out, and the results of grain size were consistent with the prediction.
