      The inner and outer 205-bearing parts belong to ring parts with large height-to-thickness ratio. This paper proposed the forming method of ring parts with complex extrusion process. First, the structures of ring parts were analyzed, then determination of the dimension of billets, calculation of the deformation ratio, design of forming tools and selection of forming machines are described in detail.
