      基于浮动凹模的思想对圆柱斜齿轮的成形及脱模进行了计算机仿真和石蜡试验研究,分析了成形过程的变形特点及脱模后斜齿轮齿形的应变情况,验证了方案的可行性。结果表明:对圆柱斜齿轮采用浮动凹模成形及脱模的工艺方案,可以获得符合精度要求的锻件。
英文摘要:
      Based on the theory of floating die, numerical simulation and experiment are used to study the forming and demoulding of the helical gear, the deformation character and the strain-effective after the demoulding are analyzed, the feasibility of the method is verified. The results show that helical gears with the satisfied dimensional accuracy can be got using the floating die and the demoulding scheme.
