| The structure characteristic of the complex electric appliance products with multi-undercuts, multi-ribs and multi-holes was analyzed by the electric cooker shell as an example. Based on the analysis the forming process with die was analysed. The factors on the injection mould design for the electric cooker shell were discussed in detail, especially the method for designing the core and cavity, second parting system, the side parting and core pulling system. |
