| The automotive front axle roll forging die works in severe conditions and its stress state is more complex. Based on the consideration of materials selection, structural design, manufacturing process, heat treatment procedure as well as the installation and maintenance of the mould, the analysis of the causes of the automotive front axle roll forging die's main failure forms (fracture, wear, deformation, and so on) is introduced, and the improvement measures and restoration methods are proposed correspondingly. |
