      首先简要地对超越离合器本体内孔型腔的加工方法作了对比分析,然后分别讨论了圆柱体坯料、台阶形圆柱体坯料、圆环坯料对超越离合器本体内孔型腔冷挤压成形的影响,确定了合适的毛坯形状。结果表明:采用合适的毛坯不仅能有效地降低冷挤压成形力,保证内孔异型型腔的良好成形,还能大幅度提高冲头的使用寿命,提高材料利用率,降低制造成本。

      In view of the shape of the slip-jaw clutch with complex inner-tooth,the key technical problem was to select the shape and dimensions of blank in cold extrusion. The main features of all kinds of manufacturing processes were analyzed briefly in this paper. The effect of the blank including the cylinder billet,the cylinder billet with cone and the ring billet on the difficulty of deformation, degree of filling, quality of inner-tooth and the service life of die etc. was discussed respectively, and the shape and dimensions of blank were determined. The results show that the reasonable choice of blank in cold extrusion can reduce effectively the forming force and the high quality forgings can be obtained, the service life of die and the material utilization can be improved enormously, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
