      目的 确保MJTR新增的贮存装置便于安装,结构安全可靠。方法 确定了贮存装置在MJTR堆水池的安装位置和现场约束条件,在此基础上对贮存装置的结构进行了设计。在Workbench中建立了贮存装置有限元模型,施加受力及约束条件,求解后得到静力学分析结果。使用Isight软件集成SolidWorks和Workbench对贮存装置进行优化分析。结果 在满足强度、刚度和其他约束条件下,贮存装置的质量从277 kg下降到183 kg,优化率为33.9%。结论 通过对贮存装置进行设计、分析和优化,保证了贮存装置结构的安全可靠,同时降低了贮存装置的安装难度并使其尺寸更加紧凑,为MJTR的其他作业预留了足够的空间。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to ensure that the new storage device of MJTR is easy to be installed, safe and reliable in structure. The installation position and site constraints of the storage device in MJTR reactor pool were determined. On this basis, the structure of the storage device was designed. The finite element model of the storage device was established in workbench, and the static analysis results were obtained after applying the force and constraints. The ISIGHT software was used to integrate SolidWorks and workbench to optimize the storage device. Under the conditions of strength, rigidity and other constraints, the mass of the storage device was reduced from 277 kg to 183 kg, and the optimization rate was 33.9%. Through design, analysis and optimization of the storage device, the structure of the storage device is ensured to be safe and reliable, and the installation difficulty of the storage device is reduced and its size is more compact, which reserves enough space for other operations of MJTR.
