      目的 开发一种无针搅拌头,以解决传统搅拌摩擦焊产生的匙孔和Hook缺陷问题。方法 钛板预制通孔,铝板预制盲孔,插销置于孔中,进行搅拌摩擦点焊。采用无针搅拌头对厚度为2 mm的TC1钛合金板和厚度为4 mm的2A12铝合金板(钛上铝下)进行了异种金属搭接搅拌摩擦点焊试验,试验采用旋转速度为950 r/min,焊接时间为100 s,下压量为0.2 mm的工艺参数,对焊接接头的抗拉剪力及接头组织进行评估。结果 添加插销获得的焊接接头,钛、铝板与销之间实现固相连接,有效解决了有针搅拌摩擦焊产生的匙孔和Hook缺陷问题,且接头的抗拉剪力达到了6.42 kN。结论 提出的插销增强搅拌摩擦点焊的新方法,采用的搅拌头具有较低的制造成本,工艺简单,提高了焊接效率,同时确保了焊接接头的质量。

      This paper aims to develop a needleless stirring head to solve the problem of keyhole and Hook defects caused by traditional friction stir welding. The titanium plate was prefabricated with through holes, the aluminum plate was prefabricated with blind holes, and the aluminum pins were inserted into the holes for FSSW. The TC1 titanium alloy with a thickness of 2 mm and the 2A12 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 4 mm (under the aluminum on the titanium) were subjected to a dissimilar metal lap friction stir spot welding test with a needleless mixing head. The tensile shear strength and joint structure of the welded joint were evaluated at 950 r/min rotation speed, 100 s welding time, 0.2 mm pressing amount. The results show that the solid-state connection between titanium, aluminum plate and bolt and the addition of the bolt effectively solved the problem of keyhole and Hook defects caused by needle friction stir welding. And the tensile shear resistance of the joint reached 6.42 kN. The technology of dissimilar titanium-aluminum FSSW with bolt-assisted in this paper has a mixing head with lower cost and is simple to operate. It improves welding efficiency and ensures the quality of the welded joint.
