      目的 避免身管弹线膛一体化精锻过程中出现的各种缺陷,特别是身管弹膛处的锥体不易成形、锻透性较差的问题。方法 以身管弹线膛同锻时弹膛成形过程为研究对象,主要研究弹膛成形过程中材料的流动过程及锻透性条件。通过几何分析,判断弹膛成形的几何条件,初步确定抬锤位置等参数的合理范围。根据几何分析结果建立有限元模型,分析弹膛各关键点处应变等参数,提出以应变差为判断依据的锻透条件,并在实际实验中进行对比分析,得出身管弹膛锻透的应变条件。结果 身管弹膛各点处成形难易程度不同,以其中最难成形的三锥结束点作为评价弹膛锻透的标准,当该点处身管材料在触碰芯棒后径向应变减小量达到8%时,弹膛能够成形且锻透性较好。结论 通过几何分析、有限元分析以及实验的对比和验证,得出身管弹线膛同锻时弹膛锻透的条件,对身管弹线膛同锻工艺具有理论指导意义。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to avoid various defects in radial precision forging when the rifling and chamber are produced, especially that the cone at the body of the chamber is difficult to form, and the penetration efficiency is poor. The chamber forming process of a certain barrel was takenas the research object to mainly study the forging condition and penetration efficiency of chamber forming. Through geometric analysis, reasonable ranges of parameters such as the lifting position of the hammer were initially determined according to the geometric conditions of judging the formation of the chamber.The finite element model was established according to the geometric analysis results. Parameters such as strain at each key point of the chamber were analyzed, and the penetration condition was proposed based on the r strain difference. Analysis and comparative between theory and practice were carried out after the actual experiment of forging, and the strain condition of the penetration of barrel chamber was established. Difficulties to form the points at the various points of the barrel were different. The third-cone end point was the most difficult to be formed, so it can be used as the standard for evaluating the forging of chamber. When the material of the tube at the point touched the mandrel, the radial strain decreased by 8% and the forge ability was good. Conditions for chamber penetration when riflingand chamber are formed simultaneously were obtained through geometrical analysis, finite element analysis as well as experimentalcomparison and verification. It has theoretical guiding significance for the forging process.
