      目的 研究焊接速度对钛/钢搅拌摩擦焊接头的成形及界面特征影响。方法 采用搅拌摩擦焊技术实现了2 mm厚钛/钢板材的对接焊,采用OM及SEM对钛/钢接头的成形及界面特征进行分析,并利用EDS对界面处的元素分布进行了分析。结果 焊接速度为23.5~60 mm/min时,焊缝中心形成了以钛为主的“洋葱环”。“洋葱环”内部涡流分布着条带状及颗粒状的Fe-Ti反应物,为金属间化合物或固溶体。焊接速度为75 mm/min时,界面处反应层厚度约1 μm,焊接速度为60 mm/min时,界面处反应层厚度约5 μm,焊接速度为47.5 mm/min时,界面处反应层厚度约5~60 μm。结论 随着焊接速度的增加,钛/钢搅拌摩擦焊焊缝表面成形由粗糙变得光滑,随焊接速度的降低,界面处的钛/钢冶金反应程度变强,界面反应层厚度逐渐增大。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to study influences of travel speed on appearance and interface of friction stir welded Ti/steel joints. 2 mm thick sheets of Ti alloy and steel were butt joined by friction stir welding. Optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to investigate macrostructure and interfacial microstructure of the welded joints. Energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) was used to study the element distribution at the interface. At the travel speed range of 23.5~60 mm/min, titanium-based ‘onion rings’ were formed. Striped and granular Fe-Ti reactants distributed as the vortex at weld nugget, which are intermetallic compounds or solid solutions. At 75 mm/min, the thickness of the reaction layer at the interface was about 1 μm. At 60 mm/min, the thickness of the reaction layer at the interface was about 5 μm. At 47.5 mm/min, the thickness of the reaction layer at the interface was about 5~60 μm. With the increase of the travel speed, the surface of friction stir welded Ti/steel joints gets smoother. With the decrease of travel speed, the reaction at Ti/steel interface gradually increases with increasing thickness of the interfacial reaction layer.
