      目的 采用阴极多弧离子镀膜设备制备AlCrN薄膜,研究适合实际工况的膜层性能和厚度。方法 利用工具显微镜、扫描电子显微镜检测并分析涂层表面和截面形貌;使用洛氏硬度计、HV显微硬度计、球磨仪检测分析涂层膜基结合力以及涂层厚度对结合力、涂层显微硬度和使用寿命的影响。结果 涂层以AlCrN/CrN结构沉积,涂层表面呈波纹状,分布有大颗粒和凹坑,经钝化处理后,表面质量明显改善。涂层的显微硬度为HV2200~HV3700,在基体硬度不变的情况下涂层的显微硬度随涂层厚度的增加而增加。随着涂层厚度的增加,结合力先变好后变差,刀条实际使用寿命也有相同的变化趋势。结论 硬质合金刀条的最佳涂层厚度为4.0~4.5 μm。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to prepare AlCrN thin film with cathode multi-arc ion coating equipment to study film properties and thickness suitable for practical conditions. The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the coating were examined and analyzed with tool microscope and scanning electron microscope. The film-base bonding and the effects of coating thickness on the film-base bonding, hardness of the coating and service life were examined and analyzed with Rockwell indentation, HV microhardness tester and ball-crater instrument respectively. The coating was deposited as AlCrN/CrN structure; surface of the coating was corrugated; and there were a few large particles and pits. After passivation treatment, the surface quality was significantly improved. The microhardness of the coating was HV2200~HV3700. With the same hardness of the substrate, the microhardness of the coating increased with the increase of the coating thickness. And with the increase of coating thickness, the film-base bonding became better after being deteriorated, and the actual service life of the blade had the same tendency. Finally, the optimal coating thickness of cemented carbide blade is 4.0~4.5 μm.
