      目的 解决后轴颈锻件在理化测试中组织不合格的问题。方法 基于Deform软件,建立后轴颈有限元分析模型,通过分析塑性变形,探索组织不合格的原因。通过对坯料结构和模具结构优化,增加坯料终锻变形量。结果 当坯料最终锻造时等效应变小于0.7,β晶界上α相为呈现连续形态;当坯料最终锻造时等效应变大于0.7,β晶界上α相为呈现断开、弯曲形态。结论 变形量是影响β晶界上α相形态的主要因素,优化后的后轴颈锻件,组织及力学性能优异,满足相应的技术标准。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to solve the problem of unqualified backshaft forgings in physicochemical properties test. Based on the Deform-3D software, the finite element analysis model of backshaft was established. The plastic deformation was analyzed and the reasons for the unqualified organization were explored. The final deformation amount of billet was increased by optimizing billet and die structure. When the equivalent strain of the final forging billet was less than 0.7, the alpha phase on the beta grain boundary showed continuous form. When the equivalent strain of the final forging billet was greater than 0.7, the alpha phase on the beta grain boundary showed broken and bent shape. So the deformation is the main factor affecting the morphology of alpha phase on beta grain boundary. Optimized backshaft forgings have excellent microstructure and mechanical properties and meet corresponding technical standards.
