      发展精密锻造设备是实现我国制造业转型升级的必由之路。 介绍了液压机等温模锻、螺旋压力机精锻、多向锻造、旋压成形等精密成形先进工艺,以及国内外相关设备的特点。 通过分析先进成形工艺的发展方向,比较国内外设备的现状,对精密锻造设备向智能化、柔性化、多功能、大型化发展的趋势进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Developing precision forging equipment is an important way to achieve the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. This article described the advanced technologies of precision forging such as hydraulic press isothermal forging, screw press precision forging, multi-way forging and spinning forming, as well as the characteristics of the related equipment in China and other countries. Through analyzing the development trend of advanced forming technology and comparing the current status of the equipment in China and other countries, the author pointed out that atomization, flexibility, multi-function and large-scale would be the main development directions for precision forging equipment.
