      目的 为解决弹用塑料包装箱箱体成形质量差、生产效率低的问题。 方法 对箱体脱模机构进行了现场试验和测试,通过改变模具脱模机构的脱出、取出压力参数,研究了单一式脱模机构对箱体质量的影响;采用计算机辅助设计、模拟分析的方法,利用 Pro / Engineer 产生的实体模型,模拟了多元联合脱模机构对箱体质量的影响。 结果 模拟结果表明, 采用多元联合式脱模设计方案,弹用塑料包装箱箱体注塑质量问题大大减少。 结论 将单一式脱模机构改进为多元联合式脱模机构后,经生产实践检验,彻底解决了箱体不脱模、箱体部件易产生变形等质量问题,生产效率大大提高,综合效果很好。
英文摘要:
      Objective To solve the problems including poor quality of plastic bullet packing box molding and low production efficiency. Methods Field test and trials were conducted for the ejection mechanism of the box. By changing the prolapse and removal pressure parameters for the ejection mechanism of mould, the effect of unitary ejection mechanism on the box body quality. Using computer aided design and simulation analysis, based on the solid model originated from Pro /Engineer, the effects of multivariate joint ejection mechanism on the box body quality were simulated. Results The simulation results indicated the employment of multivariate joint ejection mechanism largely reduced the injection quality problems of plastic bullet packing box. Conclusion After improved from the unitary ejection mechanism into multivariate joint ejection mechanism, through production practice, the quality problems including ejection failure and deformation of box body parts were thoroughly solved, which greatly improved the production efficiency and achieved good comprehensive effects.
