      The car steering screw was developed by the new technology of cold and warm combination.The process is a precision forming technology in which blanking is conducted by forging, preforming by warm forging, final forming by cold extrusion. The process greatly enhances the production speed of car steering screw, material is saved by 30%, the machining time is saved by 70%, which gives significant economic benefits.
