| 2D finite element model of the electromagnetic clutch of automotive air-conditioning was founded by APDL.2D and electromagnetic field was analysed. The distribution diagrams of the magnetic lines and the attraction between the pulley and the clutch were obtained. The influence of the change of structure size on the magnetic lines and electromagnetic attraction was got, which provided basis for the optimization design. |
